To schedule a remote desktop assistance session, please book a time with our technical support team. We primarily use TeamViewer for these sessions.
Our standard rate is $99 per hour (inclusive of taxes), with payment due upon successful completion of the service. We accept payment via Direct Debit or Credit Card over the phone.
For ongoing or regular support requests, we assess each case individually and tailor fees accordingly.
